Service Use: By requesting a ride through Seattle Yellow Cab’s app, users agree to the terms specified. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use, and unauthorized users are prohibited from accessing it.

Platform License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Seattle Yellow Cab platform for personal purposes.

Content Ownership: All materials on the platform, excluding user-generated content, are owned by Seattle Yellow Cab and its licensors. Users are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from this content without explicit permission.

Account Payments: For charge accounts, payment terms are Net30, with all charges due within thirty days from the statement date. Clients are responsible for retaining voucher copies for reconciliation purposes.

Policy Modifications: Seattle Yellow Cab reserves the right to modify its terms and policies at any time, effective upon posting an updated version on their website. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, and continued use of the platform constitutes consent to any changes.
